We market the equipment, handle inquiries and help coordinate buyer questions, inspections and offers. You decide whether to accept an offer.04 — CLOSE THE SALE
Once you accept an offer, we help coordinate the agreed paperwork, payment process and pickup arrangements. Our brokerage commission is due when the sale closes, under your agreement.
